How does my discount code work?
Discount codes can be added to your oder once you reach the cart. Please check the dates of the promotion as codes expire after a set amount of time.
For a promotional deal containing a free product please ensure you have that product added to your cart before you reach checkout. For a promotion with a minimum dollar amount only items in the cart qualify, tax and shipping are excluded.
Where is the Grovedale Tasting Room?
71 Grovedale Ln, Wyalusing PA 18853. We’re in the tan building right next to the Old Red House.
When will my order be delivered?
After an order is placed it usually takes 1-2 business days to be processed, packed, and picked up by our carrier. Once the carrier has picked it up it will take between 1 and 7 business days to ship depending on delivery location.
You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order once it has been processed by our shipping department.
Processing and delivery time can be affected by extreme weather conditions.
What if I won't be home to sign for delivery?
If you will not be home to sign for the package you can use UPS My Choice to request that your package is held at the nearest UPS Access Point that accepts restricted goods for you to pick up at your convenience in the next 5 business days.
On UPS.com use your tracking number to find your order and then you can use the change my delivery option to choose a new location. UPS will show you the closest access point to your delivery location.
How can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet shipped, please email us at [email protected] with the correct shipping address and we will be happy to update it for you.
Once you have received a shipment notification, delivery changes can be made directly with UPS using UPS My Choice to adjust delivery options.
What should I do if my order is damaged?
Please file a claim through UPS and reach out to us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged box and bottles.
