Creating an account allows our system to store your information so that you don’t have to re-enter it every time you make an order. It also gives you the option to store a credit card on file to make purchasing easier. An account will save every shipping address you use, so if you want to resend a gift to someone you don’t need to look their address up again. Having an account makes ordering, reordering, and placing multiple orders at one time easier and quicker!
Discount codes can be added to your oder once you reach the cart. Please check the dates of the promotion as codes expire after a set amount of time.
For a promotional deal containing a free product please ensure you have that product added to your cart before you reach checkout. For a promotion with a minimum dollar amount only items in the cart qualify, tax and shipping are excluded.
Applicable sales tax will be applied to any orders where sales tax is required.

After an order is placed it usually takes 1-2 business days to be processed, packed, and picked up by our carrier. Once the carrier has picked it up it will take between 1 and 7 business days to ship depending on delivery location.
You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order once it has been processed by our shipping department.
Processing and delivery time can be affected by extreme weather conditions.
If you will not be home to sign for the package you can use UPS My Choice to request that your package is held at the nearest UPS Access Point that accepts restricted goods for you to pick up at your convenience in the next 5 business days.
On UPS.com use your tracking number to find your order and then you can use the change my delivery option to choose a new location. UPS will show you the closest access point to your delivery location.
Shipping costs are affected by the distance, weight, and contents of your package. Our packages contain alcohol and glass, which require special care from our carrier. They are liable if your package is damaged or delivered incorrectly. They could face legal ramifications if they misdelivered your order to a person who is underage. All of this to say that the potential risks of mailing wine are high, so the cost is high.
As a small family-owned winery we strive to provide you with cost-efficient shipping by frequently having shipping promotions. Though we may not be able to offer the same pricing as other big business, we pride ourselves on providing you with quality wines and unique products.
Currently we offer flat rate zone shipping. We have eastern and western zones with the Mississippi River as our dividing line. The eastern flat rate slightly lower than the western region simply due to our winery's location in Pennsylvania.
We use UPS to ship our wines all over the United States.

Due to state laws and other factors we currently do not ship to the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.
Due to a number of regulations which vary by state we use 2 different platforms to ship. Once you choose your state it directs you to the correct platform for your ship to state.

Please file a claim through UPS and reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and photos of the damaged box and bottles.
