1. Unoaked Chardonnay & Curry Bean Dip
We began with a pairing that balanced bright and bold. Our crisp Unoaked Chardonnay, with its lively citrus notes, was the perfect match for a curry bean dip that was both savory and spicy. The dish, featuring a blend of creamy white beans and aromatic spices, created a savory richness that was beautifully offset by the Chardonnay’s refreshing acidity.
2. Quercus & Chipotle Dip
