Class #1 – Wine Tasting 101, February 22, 2012
Come join us for an evening of fun learning about the fundamentals of wine. Class includes an overview of wine, where and how it is made, as well as the proper tasting procedures. Sample some of Grovedale Wineries finest wines, and learn how to evaluate flavors in wine and pair them with food. Allow us to share it with you!

Class #2 – Wine and Cheese, February 29, 2012
We will immerse ourselves in the world of wine and cheese. Learn about cheese and wine and what makes them pair together so that you can impress your guests at your next dinner party. We will taste 5 world class cheeses perfectly paired with Grovedale Wines! We recommend that your attend wine tasting 101, but it is not required.

If you love Riesling this is the class for you. We will learn about one of the most famous and versatile grapes on the planet. A great chance to sample and compare great Rieslings from around the world.
